Marianne Design #14 - Punches and/or die-cuts

And here is another card from me. I am lucky my craftroom is on the northside of the house with temperatures like this. Unfortunately there are lots of other stuff to do, so I can't spend the time that I want in my craftroom...
I've made this card for the Marianne Design challenge blog. This time you had to use punches and/or die-cuts. It was ok to use another image as long as if you had used the Creatables from Marianne Design. I've used both the stamps from Marianne Design as the Creatables. The stamp is called 'opkikkertje' and I really love these stamps and images. You can use them for any type of card! Thanks for watching!

Create4Fun - challenge week 27

Fijne dinsdag allemaal!

And we are back with another card. A very easy card for a man. I´ve used this Greeting Farm image again, I like it a lot, and I haven´t got any other nice man stamps. I´ve made the card for the Create4Fun challenge, this time, we had to make a sketch. I´ve used my cuttlebug and the embossingfolder ´stars´ to make my basecard. I´ve placed a little piece of dessinpaper on it. Before that I´ve punched a nice edge on it with my Martha Stewart punch. I´ve coloured my image with Copics. Have a nice tuesday!

Stamps: Fishing Ian (Greeting Farm), Eline's Vintage text stamps (Marianne Design)

Cute Card Thursday #118

Fijne zaterdagavond!

Just moved and my vacation is ending (snif...) We've worked as hard as we could but we are almost finished in our beautiful new house: I am really in love with it! And now, I've some time to craft in my new craftroom! I've almost finished my minibook about my holiday in New York (almost two years ago now...) and I've started a minibook about my new house. I am working also on a little book about my old house and I am crocheting flowers in the garden while the weather is still fabulous! It's a little bit strange but I like working on many different things at the same time and I didn't try to stop this anymore.
I've made this card for the Cute Card Thursday. This week the challenge was to recycle something. I've used a ribbon from a shirt (I've bought this shirt for the world championsship soccer). I've made some of the little flower with my cuttlebug and Joy! dies out of small pieces of papers that I already thrown away... I've used the papers from Basic Greys Sugar Rush. The magic dots pattern is from the magazine Hobbyzine. Have a nice evening!

stamp: Magnolia, Eline Vintage text stamp (Marianne Design)
papers: Sugar Rush (Basic Grey)
tools: cuttlebug with flower dies (Joy!), magic dots white and piercing tool (Nellie Snellen), floral punch (Nellie Snellen), crop-a-dile, derwent pencils
embellishments: ribbon (shirt), flowers (prima), pearls, eyelet (making memories)

Marianne Design challenge #10 - Easel card

Yesterday I've found some time to make a card again. The idea was born a couple of days before. I've made this card for the challenge on Marianne Design . The challenge was to make an easelcard. The idea for this card started when I saw the nice quiltstencils by Marianne Design. The quiltstencils are stencils to stitch a nice background or to stitch beautiful edges. I always like to stitch around my card (I really love it in the summer, when I am sitting in the garden) and that's why I decided to buy the first set (there are also a flowerset and some christmassets available, they are on my 'wanted' list). I've made the honeycombbackground with the quiltstencil. The image is a Ragdoll, also from Marianne Design. I've bought the little bee-button on a little market in Utrecht last week for a little money: this made my whole weekend very nice!
This will be my last post for a while. Friday we get the key to our new house. The internetaccess is transfered immediately to our new home but the computer stays in the old house untill the new floor is done. I won't be online for a couple of weeks but I hope I will be back soon to check out all of your beautiful creations and hopefully to post something myself too (when I've found my craftgear back, it's all in boxes right now :))

tools: quiltstencil (Marianne Design), nestabilities octagons large, cuttlebug
embellishments: bee-button, flower, brad (Rayher)

Create4Fun- challenge week 20

Fijne maandag allemaal!

The challenge on Create4Fun was a sketch this time. It was a simple sketch, but although very beautiful. I've made this card for it. I wasn't very satisfied with the big circle, but I didn't have another nestabilitie that fitted the pattern of the Magic Dots. The Magic Dots pattern is from the magazine Hobbyzine. I really loved this edition and I will make all the cards that are in there :) Have a nice monday!

papers: Kioshi (Basic Grey)
stamps: Magnolia, Inkadinkado (text)
tools: cuttlebug with scalloped circles nestabilities, derwent pencils, Magic Dots piercing tool and purple Magic Dots
embellishments: flowers (E-line), brads (making memories), pink paperholders (Artemio)

Time flies when you are busy with a new house. There is not much to time to make a card, but when the time is there, I enjoy it double! I've made this card for the candy on the  Gek op Copic blog. They have a mega candy where you can win 24 Copic sketch markers! You can read on the site what you have to do. I've made this card following the sketch. You had to put the candy on the blog (I did it in this post and in the sitebar). You had to name your 36 favorite Copics in an e-mail and you have to mention which colours you've used on the card. You can read that under the picture of the card. Have a nice day!

Copic Colour Challange #62

Fijne koninginnedag alvast!

This week I've finished a card which was laying on my desk for a couple of weeks. I've used an image from CC design today and I've coloured it with the Copics from the Copic Colour Challenge. I haven't got the right blue, but I've used a lighter one on the wings (underneath the stickles). You can see the greens and purples very good in this image. I've used a sketch and a pattern from the Magic Dots book. This main colour of this card is orange: this week we celebrate queensday in Holland with lots of orange, so it matches good with this time of year! Have a lovely evening!

stamp: CC Design
papers: Sugar Rush (Basic Grey)
tools: Magic dots mossgreen, Magic Dots mat and piercing tool
embellishments: ribbon (pipoos), flowers (e-line), brads (making memories and unknown), stickles
